A graduate of the Philippines School of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Armie is a five-time business owner with extensive experience in property management for residential high-rise condominiums, townhomes, and office buildings. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues today—she started two Bioessence Spa branches in the Philippines in December 2022 and owns two Airbnb properties in The Signature MGM in Las Vegas, which she has successfully managed since 2018. This year, she opened her first Wellness and Medical Spa in Washington, United States, with future plans of expanding to two more locations.

Her passion for real estate grew from her successful career in business, finance, and property management, as well as her genuine enjoyment in building meaningful relationships with all parties involved in her ventures.

Beyond her career, Armie is a loving wife and mother of three. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, whether cooking, baking, or relaxing together with their favorite TV series. Her youngest children share her love for animals and admire her role as a strong community figure.
